For underground models, pay particular attention to explosion-proof electrical components, cables, and junction boxes—ensuring no exposed insulation or loss of explosion-proof integrity, and that grounding is intact. Test the braking and steering systems for responsiveness and reliability, confirming proper pedal travel and no wandering or sticking. Confirm that lights, horns, reverse‑warning devices, and emergency stop mechanisms are functioning properly. During operation, continuously monitor engine coolant temperature, oil pressure, hydraulic fluid temperature, and transmission temperature to ensure they remain within specified limits, with no high‑temperature alarms. Listen for any unusual noises or excessive vibrations, and verify that the work equipment lifts and tilts smoothly without jamming or erratic movement. Dynamically inspect hydraulic lines, cylinders, and joints for leaks, and ensure the braking system responds promptly.
