Verify that the crawler undercarriage, track links, support rollers, idler wheels, and drive sprockets are in good condition, with no severe wear, derailment, or binding, and that track tension is appropriate. Confirm that the hoisting mechanism and wire ropes are intact, free of broken wires, strand breaks, corrosion, or deformation, with adequate lubrication and orderly arrangement. Ensure that the hook, pulleys, anti‑disengagement devices, and limit switches are in proper working order, and that safety locks, limit switches, and torque limiters are responsive and reliable. Check that hydraulic oil, gear oil, engine oil, and coolant levels are normal, and that all hydraulic lines and cylinders are leak‑free. Test the travel, luffing, and lifting control mechanisms for smooth operation, and confirm that brakes and parking brakes function reliably. Verify that the electrical system, lighting, alarm systems, and explosion‑proof devices are intact and free from any potential hazards. Before commencing work, perform a no‑load trial run: verify that lifting, luffing, slewing, and traveling motions are smooth, silent, and vibration‑free. During operations, closely monitor torque, angle, and load parameters, strictly prohibiting overloading, oblique pulling, or crooked lifting. Ensure wire ropes run smoothly without rope biting, crushing, or tangling, and that pulleys rotate freely. Confirm that all mechanisms brake reliably, with smooth starts and stops, and no slippage of hooks, booms, or vehicles. Maintain normal hydraulic oil temperature and pressure, as well as engine operating parameters, avoiding overheating or overpressure. If any abnormal structural noises, wire rope irregularities, limit switch malfunctions, or hydraulic leaks are detected, immediately stop the machine and cease operations. Clean dust, debris, and oil residues from the machine body, tracks, booms, and hoisting mechanism. Grease all articulated pins, slew bearings, pulley bearings, travel wheel assemblies, and hoisting bearings throughout the equipment. Apply specialized wire rope grease evenly to the wire ropes and neatly arrange them. Inspect and tighten all structural connection bolts, undercarriage bolts, and pipeline clamps. Evaluate the performance of limit devices, torque protection systems, and braking systems to ensure all safety components remain in good working order. Retract the booms and return the hook to its original position, slacken the wire ropes appropriately, park the equipment on a level, stable surface, disconnect the power supply, lock the vehicle, and implement thorough dust‑ and rust‑proofing measures.

Clean dust, debris, and oil from the machine body, tracks, boom, and winch mechanism. Grease all articulated pins, slewing bearings, pulley bearings, travel wheel assemblies, and winch bearings. Apply specialized wire‑rope grease evenly to the wire ropes and neatly arrange them. Inspect and tighten structural connection bolts, undercarriage bolts, and pipeline clamps. Verify the proper functioning of limit switches, torque‑limiting devices, and the braking system to ensure all safety features are in good working order. Retract the boom and hoist hook to their home positions, slacken the wire ropes to an appropriate degree, park the equipment on a level, stable surface, disconnect the power, lock the machine, and implement effective dust‑ and rust‑proofing measures.
