Check all hydraulic cylinders, high‑pressure hoses, and distribution valves for damage or leaks, and confirm that the hydraulic fluid level and quality meet specifications. Ensure that the rock drill, propulsion mechanism, and compensation system operate smoothly, with normal impact and rotation functions. Inspect air‑ and water‑supply lines and high‑pressure hoses for integrity—no signs of aging, bulging, or cracking—and verify that all fittings are properly sealed. Test the control panel instruments, operating levers, and solenoid valves for responsiveness and reliability, and confirm that explosion‑proof electrical equipment, lighting, and alarm systems are in good working order. Finally, ensure that safety guardrails, emergency stop switches, and limit devices are complete and effective. During operation, observe that all boom extensions and swings move smoothly without shaking, binding, or unusual noises. Monitor hydraulic system pressure and oil temperature to keep them within normal ranges, and strictly avoid over‑pressurization or overheating. During rock‑drilling operations, ensure proper coordination among impact, rotation, and feed motions, and prevent dry‑drilling or jamming. Continuously check that air and water supplies are adequate and that cooling and dust‑removal performance remain satisfactory. While traveling, confirm that braking and steering are responsive and that movement is stable without deviation. If any pipe bursts, oil leaks, malfunctions, or abnormal noises occur, immediately stop the machine, disconnect power and air supply, and prohibit further operation. Thoroughly clean the trolley body, booms, rock‑drilling unit, and travel components, removing rock dust, mud, and debris. Lubricate all hinge pins, boom slew bearings, sliding rails, and travel bearings. Clean air‑ and water‑filter assemblies, nozzles, and oil‑line filters. Inspect the piston rods of all hydraulic cylinders for scratches or rust; lightly rusted areas should be promptly sanded and protected. Tighten all loose bolts, hose clamps, and electrical connections throughout the machine. Retract all booms to their neutral positions, depressurize the hydraulic cylinders, park the equipment on a level, secure surface, and disconnect water, air, and power supplies, taking appropriate measures to protect against dust and moisture.

Thoroughly clean rock dust, mud, and debris from the trolley body, boom, rock‑drilling mechanism, and undercarriage. Grease all articulated pins, boom slew bearings, sliding rails, and undercarriage bearings. Clean the air‑and‑water filtration units, nozzles, and oil‑line filters. Inspect the piston rods of all hydraulic cylinders for scratches or rust; promptly grind and protect any minor rust. Tighten all loose bolts, pipe clamps, and electrical connections. Retract all booms to the neutral position, relieve pressure from the hydraulic cylinders, park the equipment on a level, secure surface, disconnect water, air, and power supplies, and implement appropriate dust‑ and moisture‑proofing measures.
